01 / A CLEAR FOCUS

Some properties need
a longer connection.

There’s waterfront. And then there’s getting to the water.

When a stretch of marsh sits between your backyard and the creek, the walkway is the heart of the project. Charleston Long Dock is being developed around that specific need: long docks and extended marsh walkways.

New projects. Existing docks ready for a fresh start. A connection you’re only beginning to imagine. Tell us what you have in mind.

THE LONG DOCK DIFFERENCE

The whole journey matters.

Our planned focus starts with the details that make each long dock project different.

01

The stretch of marsh

How far is the water? The route, length, and relationship to the landscape shape the conversation from the start.

02

The way you’ll use it

Morning coffee, a fishing line, or a route to the boat. The destination matters just as much as the walkway.

03

The path to a project

Property conditions, design, approvals, and construction access need project-specific review before a build can move forward.

02 / START WITH A CONVERSATION

03 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
take the next step.

What do you mean by a long dock?+

Our focus is the extended walkway that connects a waterfront property across the marsh to a tidal creek or river, together with the dock at its end. There is no minimum length to join the interest list—tell us about your property and what you have in mind.

Can I join if I don’t have plans or permits?+

Yes. You can join while you are still exploring. The form helps us understand your location, approximate dock length, and timeframe. Joining does not establish whether a project can be permitted or built.

Does joining reserve a construction date?+

No. This is an early interest list as Charleston Long Dock develops its offering. It is free to join, requires no deposit, and does not reserve a project, price, or construction slot.

What will my dock cost?+

We are not quoting prices through the waitlist. Length, site access, materials, water conditions, and the scope of the structure will all need to be assessed before any project-specific pricing can be discussed.
